Our light roast has notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts with a subtle/low, citrus-like acidity.
It is a versatile coffee that tastes great when brewed using any method. Its low acidity and complementary flavours work well in milk drinks (lattes etc.).
Our medium roast has all the tasting notes of our light roast, with the addition of a subtle smokiness and a reduction in acidity. This roast may be better suited to milk/espresso drinks than our light roast, especially if you are used to traditional, darker roasted coffees.
