Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering or receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at brie@waywardfarm.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your produce/product.

You can always contact us for any return question at brie@waywardfarm.ca.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Harvest Share Terms
When signing up for the Harvest Share, you are investing in our farm, our season, and our livelihood. The farm season can be affected by many different factors such as weather, bug population, soil conditions, and time management. Only a few of those are within our control and as a fairly new small farm, we are constantly working to improve all of those conditions. Your commitment to our Harvest Share allows for us to begin our season with ease and jump into growing good food. Unfortunately due to the previously listed conditions, our share may experience delays, gaps in production, or early termination. As a small farm, our goal is to prevent this from ever happening, but with the unexpected events a farm often experiences, this may occur. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support.

Please read all of the description when signing up for our Harvest Share. Your monetary commitment is to the entire program meaning that if you are unavailable to pick-up, it is your responsibility to alert us at brie@waywardfarm.ca with arrangements for another person to pick-up for you, or to request your produce to be donated to the Mamas for Mamas KW food program. Upon sign-up, you are committing to the timeline we stated, this cannot be altered unless there is a gap in production or unexpected farm condition.
